A₃ Communications was started by Federica (Fred) Monsone, an enthusiastic communications consultant whose career spans several industries from telecommunications to networking, from mobile computing to consumer technology, and from storage to the channel.

Fred's experience covers the full mix of communications tools including media and analyst relations, events management, strategy and planning, copywriting and executive visibility. Her clients have included vendors, independent associations and integrators and she has experience in all sectors of the media from corporate to product and from business to consumer.

An Italian citizen resident in UK since 1991 and with a postgraduate degree in French, Fred has spearheaded a number of pan-European programmes and worked as part of global teams.
